  • Airport ~ Negombo

    Your friendly tour guide keenly awaits your arrival to take you on a journey of a lifetime.

    Proceed to Negombo, a modest beach town only 10km from Bandaranaike International Airport. Being an important source of cinnamon, Negombo has been colonized by the Portuguese, Dutch and in 1796 by the British and remnants of colonialism have left behind a charming little town with a very interesting local community. Negombo beaches are popular for its beauty and water sports around it.

    Enjoy a stroll down the stretches of sunny tropical beachline or be capitated in the picturesque small fishing villages along the Hamilton Canal while riding a hired bicycle.

    Evening set sail to Muthurajawela Marsh, which is a little known wetland at the southern end of Negombo lagoon. Muthurajawela harbors over 194 species of flora distributed in vegetation types such as swamp, mangroves forest, marsh, etc., and a boat ride assures sightings of over 70 bird species as well as crocodiles, monkeys and rarely seen otters.

  • Negombo ~ Trincomalee

    After an early breakfast your driver will meet & start your journey

    Enjoy a city tour around Negombo including a visit to local fish market and watch fishers take their colourful outrigger canoes (for which Negombo is famous) and set sail in search of fish and return with their catch.

    En route to Trincomalee make time to visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to see hundreds of orphaned elephants bottle feeding before heading for their river bath at 10:00am/2:00pm

    Arrive in Trincomalee – The city with one of the finest natural harbours in the world.

    Sip a tropical drink and enjoy a quiet evening in your beach resort where you will spend your night.

  • Trincomalee

    Start the day early and explore the ins and outs of the myriad waterfronts and the fort of this historic city.

    Trincomalee has been colonized seven times by European powers for its strategically located deep-water natural harbor and have left behind some charm, plenty of history and an interesting mélange of people.

    Visit Koneswaram Kovil and make a wish as Hindu’s believe this revered Kovil has powers to grant wishes; spot blue whales (from February to November) from Lover’s Leap; take a stroll in the stunning Marble Bay Beach and watch the calm sea surface shine like a marble when the day is bright; explore the grand 18th century Dutch building now converted into a Maritime & Navel History Museum.

    Spend your evening in the fascinating Pigeon Island, floating in the great blue sea with its fine white sands and shimmering coral gardens, is the nesting area for rock pigeons; discover the underwater landscape in the shallow reef which is home to dozens of corals, hundreds of reef fish and turtles.

    Head back to your beach resort to end a perfect day.

  • Trincomalee ~ Kandy

    Proceed to Kandy after an early breakfast

    En route visit one of the roadside Spice Gardens in Matale – get a feel of the pungent and aromatic spices that create a rich and flavorful culinary culture around the world.

    Arrive in Kandy – The cultural capital of Sri Lanka and a UNESCO World Heritage City.

    Have a leisurely stroll in the evening clad in white and pay homage at the Temple of the Scared Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha; walk barefoot on the rugged but cool stone floor; inhale the floral scents of the lit incense sticks; be captivated by the dancing flames of the clay lamps swaying in the gentle breeze; be enthralled by the sublime interior and listen to the drum beating from a distance.

    Pay a visit to the century old St. Paul’s Church and walk down to the City Centre for a cup of freshly brewed coffee and pickup few collectibles from antique shops or visit a Gem Museum and explore local fascinating artistry – Wood Carvings, Drum Making, Batik & Silk shops flanked along the roadside.

    Experience a Kandyan Cultural Dance performance in the evening before retire to your hotel for the night

  • Kandy ~ Galle

    Proceed to the South shoreline city of Sri Lanka and UNESCO World Heritage Site – Galle.

    Explore the exotic old trading city on foot and be seduced by Galle’s ambience; walk down the byways passing imposing Dutch-colonial buildings, modish cafes, ancient churches, grand mansions, quirky boutiques and restored hotels; explore the Marine Archeological Museum and Dutch Hospital.

    Stroll down to the city’s natural harbor and gaze into the endless horizons of magnificent Indian Ocean.

    Head back to the hotel and spend a relaxing evening prior to retire for the night

  • Galle

    Spend your morning at Kosgoda turtle hatchery, a volunteer-run operation located on a pristine beach off Galle Road. Along the south coasts of Sri Lanka five species of sea turtles lay eggs; green turtles, olive ridley turtles, leatherback turtles, loggerhead turtles and hawksbill turtles. Female turtles lay eggs in the same beach where they themselves were born. Few weeks later hundreds of baby turtles make a perilous trip back to sea and at Kosgoda hatchery you can make sure the baby turtles reach the water safely by releasing three day old hatchlings into the ocean; say hello to wrinkly & smiley turtles come ashore to greet the visitors.

    Go on a boat ride down Madu River; pass through the secretive passages created by the mangroves; see the basking crocodiles, water snakes and water monitors; visit the small islands with cinnamon harvesting locals; enjoy a fish massage; observe water birds in their natural habitats.

    En route visit Ambalangoda to dig under the surface of the Sri Lankan souvenir trade and discover the magical meanings behind the omnipresent colourful ‘devil’ masks. Witness a devil dance unique to the area believed to drive out spirits causing illness.

    Time permits set sail on a glass bottom boat and explore Hikkaduwa marine sanctuary; the underwater world of colourful corals and beautiful shoals of tropical fish; view exotic marine life like never before as you ride over beautiful corals, intricate underwater plants and creatures in their natural habitat.

    Head back to the hotel and spend a relaxing evening prior to retire for the nigh

  • Galle ~ Katunayake

    All good things must come to an end – after breakfast the driver will be standby to drop you off at the airport completing your paradise gateway.
